Ghost cats are individually made by hand, so some variations or small imperfections are to be expected. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen. We do not filter or adjust the photos on our product pages, we only crop them.

If your product is faulty we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please get in touch via our contact form within 28 days to arrange this. If you want to return an item because you have changed your mind, we will accept a return within 2 weeks and will refund the price of the product, again, please contact us to arrange this. We regret we are unable to accept returns of personalised/customised items.

If you care for it properly, your ghost cat will be your faithful companion for many years. Please keep it away from direct sunlight, chemicals, perfumes and water, and only ever clean it with a soft, non abrasive cloth. If your ghost cat has an accident or loses its shine, we may be able to refurbish it so please get in touch for a quote.

Please remember that your ghost cat is not a toy, it is an ornamental companion only. Ghost cats are not suitable for young children.
